Granny’s Mojo, by Mark Tulin/Wordfest Anthology 2020

Granny’s Mojo was inspired by my wife’s grandmother who had uncanny relationships with certain slot machines in Las Vegas.

I write about various topics, from my early childhood in Philadelphia to my years as a family therapist and finally to my soul-searching in California.     I think this is what I miss the most…watching my dearest Gramma playing her favorite slots and the glee she had of winning. Thank you so much for putting it beautifully to words that evoke loving pictures and memories.
