Humor Poetry

Granny’s Mojo, by Mark Tulin/Wordfest Anthology 2020

Granny’s Mojo was inspired by my wife’s grandmother who had uncanny relationships with certain slot machines in Las Vegas.

Anthology theme: Fire.

Author, poet, short story writer from Santa Barbara, California. I write about a variety of topics, from my early childhood in Philadelphia, to my years as a family therapist, and finally to my soul-searching present in California. These are narratives that may have a humorous or serious content or both. Either way, I hope my poetry and stories resonate with you.

  1. enjoyed this one, Mark 🙂

  2. I think this is what I miss the most…watching my dearest Gramma playing her favorite slots and the glee she had of winning. Thank you so much for putting it beautifully to words that evoke loving pictures and memories.
