Abrazos: Dove Tales 10th Anniversary Anthology: Letters from the Self to the World

I’m happy to be a part of this fine anthology about fostering peace worldwide. The work on this book was quite an endeavor. There are 600 pages of how different cultures struggle against social injustices. All of the writers have one thing in common–they all write for peace.

My poem is entitled “Dear People who Pass Me on the Street.” Page 441.

Please read this wonderful lineup of international writers. To find out more about the book and to order a copy, go to Dove Tales: Writing for Peace.

I am an author, poet, humorist, and short story writer living in Long Beach, California. I write about various topics, from my early childhood in Philadelphia to my years as a family therapist and finally to my soul-searching in California. These are poetic narratives that may have humorous or serious content or both. Either way, I hope my poetry and stories resonate with you. My books include Magical Yogis, Uncommon Love Stories, Awkward Grace, Junkyard Souls, and Rain on Cabrillo.
