Great poem! The world does look different upside down! (I have not done such a move since childhood.) There is a balance we must find in life, and it is unique to each one of us. We need that balance in order to thrive, whether it is our creative efforts or anything else. There is a book which you may have already read…”Writing Begins with the Breath”, by Laraine Herring. It is a good book on gaining new perspectives.
I’ve never been able to practice yoga on the beach without getting sand in my eyes and mouth and pretty much everywhere! But I’ll practice a headstand next time we’re at the beach in Your honour! If You feel a giggly little breeze from the east sometime next week; it’s my headstand! 😁Cheers!!! 🙂
Sounds like a cool plan. One day I’m going to do it on my paddle board. There’s a calming feeling after an inversion that I totally enjoy. An I’ll be listening for the giggle. 😎
I enjoyed it!
Thank you. 🙂

Thank you, Linda for your feedback on balance and the book suggestion, Writing begins with the breath. Will definitely look into it. 🙂🙏🏻
Interesting to read Sanskrit lingo in your poetry🙂
Thank you, Shivali.
Sweet! What an awesome viewpoint of the world around us and how you write your poetry. Truly enjoyed this one.
Thanks Theresa.
Great headstand! Bopping over to read….
Thanks, it’s great to do it on the beach, too. 😎
