“We follow God’s rules, treat people fairly, and everything’s okay …”
I know a lot of people who think treating others fairly is the right way to live. None of them are religious.I have yet to meet the religious person who thinks that fairness has anything to do with god’s rules.

Good point, Paul. That’s a shame. Maybe they neglect this in the bible: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself. There is no other commandment greater than these.”

I love this. What it is to be human and to be a deity!

Gave me a laugh because it reminded me of an Aunt in my family. She’s the same way, but loves us all and wants what she found. At least there’s someone trying to point in the right direction. We all need that more than ever these days. Thank you for sharing this story, Mark.
