Poem: Mischief at the Movies by Mark Tulin

I wanted to hoot, holler

and toss popcorn everywhere.

I wanted the English kids to win,

that’s how I wanted the movie to end.

But I should have known better,

the kids’ reign of power ended much too soon.

An excerpt from my LetterPile poem, Matinee at the Castor.
