Poem: Sober, I’m Sure by Mark Tulin

Police officer, Sir

I only had two martinis,

Maybe three.

I never drink and fly,

Just hang on a wire

Upside down

Reeking like an Edgar Allan Poe

Raven,

Holding my beak

At the stroke of midnight

And walking the crooked yellow line.
