Beautiful project, Mark! I love the personification of the wave in your poem, so powerfully expressed, plus the flow of your words and your voice. Everything is perfect here. A pleasure to come back to your blog when I have a bit of time.
Holy moly! I saw the movie based on those waves and the surf riders. Those waves were part of my worst nightmares. Thankfully I finally overcame them when I went to El Capitan State Beach and swam in the ocean with my brother and dolphins in the foam. Thanks for sharing this visually, stunning poem.
Haunting poem! I admire the agility of those who ride the waves…but waves like this are something else again!
It was good to see another video poem from you. It’s magnificent.
Thanks, Liz. It seems that riding that wave may be less risky than going to a concert nowadays.
It sure looks that way. The news reporting are getting more and more alarming.
I know. Keep safe.
You, too, Mark.

Thank you. I’m glad you did.
You are welcome and, yes, I did.

Very Welcome
Sounds like a good adventure.
Wow! What a wave! I have to get my surf board out and wax it. LOL 🏄♀️
I’ll see you out there, Hope!!
