Poem: Swirling Clouds by Mark Tulin

Live a long life,

the clouds say.

Count all your

blessings,

the winds whisper.

There’s a healer

among us

and we won’t

recognize his name

or the good that he does

unless we change

our perceptions.

And so it is written

in swirling clouds

that seem to form

valuable messages

that only an open mind

could decipher.

I am an author, poet, humorist, and short story writer from Palm Springs, California. I write about various topics, from my early childhood in Philadelphia to my years as a family therapist and finally to my soul-searching in California. These are poetic narratives that may have humorous or serious content or both. Either way, I hope my poetry and stories resonate with you.

  1. Amen! To that! That is awsome

  2. Peter Adewumi

A great poem at that of course!

  3. We should all take more time to lay in the grass, looking up with an open mind, to see what the universe has to tell us.
