Author, poet, short story writer from Santa Barbara, California. I write about a variety of topics, from my early childhood in Philadelphia, to my years as a family therapist, and finally to my soul-searching present in California. These are narratives that may have a humorous or serious content or both. Either way, I hope my poetry and stories resonate with you.

  1. I think a lot of people live that way. If you can call it living.

  2. I always enjoy your YouTube poems, although “enjoy” is probably the wrong word for this one. It’s a terrible, terrible way to live.

  3. Excellent poetry and needful information.

  4. Such a familiar story until the co-dependent finds help for themselves. I heard these stories in meetings and am grateful to hear I wasn’t the only one to go through these trials.
