Poem: Disobedient, But Loyal

Growls when he’s hungry

Nips your heels when he needs you

But he knows where home is

Who to call his master

Disobedient, but loyal.

He doesn’t always agree

Frequently pulls the leash ahead

Stands when you tell him to sit

Like most men his age

He’s a dog at heart.
